You may be able to fix this by logging into your Microsoft Xbox Live account on the Xbox Live app and making an account update (password/gamertag). Then please try logging out and in with your Nintendo Switch. I hope this helps! ^SA

Please verify your Windows/Graphics drivers are up to date. Logging out and into your Java account in the launcher may also have a positive impact. I hope this helps! ^SA

Hi there! I believe your friend can upload a world to a shared Realm once you've granted them admin access, and you should be able to download the same world on a PC afterword. I hope it works! ^SA

Hi there! So long as you're both synced with your Microsoft (Xbox Live) accounts, you should both be able to access the same Realm. Both Minecraft for PS4 and Minecraft for iOS are part of the Minecraft Bedrock Edition umbrella. I hope this helps! ^SA

Hi there! Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition (pocket, PS4, Xbox, Windows 10, Switch) are two separate account systems. Your Bedrock account name will be your Microsoft account gamertag, which is unique from the username in the Minecraft Java account system. ^SA
