Since all Minecraft Bedrock Edition games are synced with a single Microsoft/Xbox Live account, you also might be able to remedy this by downloading the Xbox Live app, and updating your account info before trying to sign in on your PS4 again. I hope this helps! ^SA

I'm very sorry for the login issues so far. If you're experiencing this issue with a Minecraft Java (Mojang) account, please verify you don't have any filters blocking the address "noreply@mojang.com" when receiving the password reset email. ^SA

Hi there! Minecraft Java Edition receives the newest updates the soonest, and Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Windows 10, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PS4, Mobile) will be a few updates behind due to the differences in the versions. I hope this helps! ^SA

Hello there! Because Minecraft Java (Mojang) and Minecraft for Windows (Microsoft / Xbox Live) are two separate account systems, it is not possible to transfer ownership between accounts or convert your game version. ^SA
I'm very sorry for the back and forth, but we're unable to manage/look up gift codes from third-party sellers until they're redeemed to a Mojang account. I hope the store is able to help you get a new card so you can join the Minecraft community soon! ^SA
