When playing on the Nintendo Switch, you use your Microsoft Account. Your Minecraft account isn't linked to it at all at this time. ^RS

There isn't a way to transfer purchases made under one Microsoft Account to another Microsoft Account. You'll need to continue to use the same Microsoft account if you want to download the game again. ^RS
