The gist of it is that despite the fact that your issue has the word Minecraft in it, it is an issue about recovering save data on an Xbox. Hell, maybe even leave Minecraft out at first. Just say you lost game data and need help recovering it. Good luck. ^JS

Try restarting your computer, then try again. If you think you're still seeing the error, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see ^RS
Try signing out from your Microsoft account, close the app, then sign back in. The skins should then be available under your owned content from the Edit Character section of your profile. ^RS
