If you opened any worlds in the beta, they will unfortunately be inaccessible until 1.11 comes out. ^JH
If you were inadvertently given the Minecraft 1.11 on Xbox- you can uninstall and reinstall the game to get back on v1.10. ^JH

This would not be possible as it is not possible to have multiple profiles on a single Mojang account. ^JH
