Voters have a crucial decision to make at the ballot box this fall: "Democracy or dictatorship, choose one or the other," @BeschlossDC says.
Be sure to tune in for the rest of his conversation with @mehdirhasan tonight on @MSNBConPeacock.
In her interview tonight with @mehdirhasan , @ewarren calls the strategy by Democratic groups of helping more radical Republicans win primaries "enormously dangerous." @SenWarren
. @mehdirhasan notes that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's remarks on "race mixing" have not discouraged U.S. conservatives from having him speak at CPAC. "Maybe the modern American conservative movement is just OK with fascism and racism."
"If we start getting tangled up on 2024 and fail to pay attention to business in 2022, that's not only going to hurt us in 2022, it's gonna bite us on the rear end in 2024," Warren tells @mehdirhasan.
"We've got to stop the catnip about 2024." Senator Elizabeth Warren is not interested in entertaining hypotheticals about 2024 until 2022 is over and has properly set the context for 2024.
Senator Elizabeth Warren explains why she sees a disconnect between the problems that are hurting the U.S. economy and the strategy of raising interest rates.
We all know Democrats face an uphill battle in the midterms. And as @mehdirhasan has pointed out, messaging is key heading into the fall.
There’s one group in Texas that’s been nailing it — and national Democrats could learn a thing or two from them. WATCH:
Some Republicans have taken a passive route in dealing w/ Trump. "Unfortunately, that's not how problems get solved," @MarkLeibovich says:
"Trumpism is the seed corn of the party," he tells @mehdirhasan. "At some point, they're going to have to deal with him...more directly."
A new book by @MarkLeibovich looks at Trump’s army of enablers. Among them: former House Speaker Paul Ryan, who made headlines for saying he was “sobbing” as he watched the 1/6 attack.
"I said, 'Mr. Speaker, are any of these tears of complicity?'" he recounts to @mehdirhasan.
There are plenty of Trump boosters haunting the halls of Capitol Hill. But Kevin McCarthy and Lindsey Graham didn't come to D.C. with the MAGA movement, @mehdirhasan says: "They had to contort themselves and, honestly, debase themselves to find their footing in the Trump era."
While anyone can get monkeypox, a disproportionate amount of cases are reported among men who have sex with men — a population that should be prioritized with vaccines, @thrasherxy says: "I would actually argue that we should think of it as a sexually transmitted infection.”
The WHO declared monkeypox a global health emergency in the hope of bringing awareness to the virus. But some health experts say it may already be endemic here in the U.S.
If that’s true, @mehdirhasan says, it will mark "yet another shameful and reckless failure" for America:
"We would like accountability as in holding the Israeli government accountable, starting with...the soldier who pulled the trigger"
Shireen Abu Akleh's niece @LinaAbuAkleh told me on #MSNBCPrime that the US needs to "end the impunity" that Israel enjoys:
While Lindsey Graham and Kevin McCarthy didn’t come to D.C. on the Trump train, they contorted themselves to fit into MAGA World. And where would Trump be without them?
@MarkLeibovich and @mehdirhasan discuss tonight on @MSNBConPeacock — tune in!
WHO has declared monkeypox a global health emergency, aiming to increase awareness and public health measures. But what if it’s too little, too late?
@arimoin and @thrasherxy join @mehdirhasan on tonight's show to weigh in. Be sure to watch on @MSNBConPeacock.
.@mehdirhasan: "Even if [Trump] were to disappear from the planet, Trumpism is going to outlast him, is it not?"
"I think it will," @MarkLeibovich says. "Trumpism is the seed corn of the party right now."

Dr. Kavita Patel: "We do not want to give this virus so many chances to mutate by just saying come and get us...just because we have treatment. I don't invite people to get coronary artery disease just because I have treatments for them." on.msnbc.com/3cKvTfa
"There were no promises, no commitments, other than the fact that they will be more transparent with us moving forward," she tells @mehdirhasan. "However, at this point what we're looking for is meaningful action. ... It's the least they can do for an American citizen."
. @LinaAbuAkleh tells @mehdirhasan that her meeting with Secretary Blinken did not produce anything new and that she and her family emphasized the need for accountability for the death of her aunt, Shireen Abu Akleh.
. @CarolLeonnig describes the new details at the heart of the breaking news she is reporting with her Washington Post colleagues, including that DOJ investigators received the phone records of Trump aides including Mark Meadows.
"They dumped hundreds of thousands of documents on us this morning that we had asked for for almost a year." @RepZoeLofgren describes her questions and concerns about the Secret Service, including the inspector general
