There seems to be a lack of will there also, which is bizarre, because among those suffering the most under a Trump dictatorship, will be journalists.

the same1%that contributes heavily to campaigns;often has ownership stakes in media&placed quarterly profits/stock buybacks/tax cuts over the planet at large (e.g. climate change),throwing a nation under the bus isn’t beyond them. Everyone else following along is worrisome though

It’s just business. Media means “midpoint.” It seeks the center. Not the moral heart—it has none. It wants the economical, financial epicenter. It wants the most bang for the investment buck. Media will never stand up for US. We must stand up to it. Don’t buy a word it says.
