“Is Trump beating Biden in some swing state polls because voters aren’t aware of Trump's authoritarianism? Or is it that a lot of them are quite keen on it?” @mehdirhasan asks @TaraSetmayer how susceptible the U.S. is today to the threat of authoritarianism.

Man these people are not only dumb but mental as well.
They are only polling Republicans.
Can we just STOP with the stupid polls already???!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Good grief, it's ridiculous! STOP!
It’s because they have tunnel vision and can never see the whole picture…. they’re being sold a message that Trump wants them to be part of a movement of “rooting out evil” but they fail to see that what he wants to root out is the system itself, causing him to become a dictator
I like to see that in a poll, among Repubs: Do you think that Trump is an authoritarian? Do you like him BECAUSE he's an authoritarian?
They don't care if it's the last election. In their imagination that is them "winning." They think they'll get to bully & control others who they always feel superior to. They'll make them pay for all the perceived slights they've experienced since 1965. They hate democracy.

Fascism has quite the history in this country. Not something the dominant demographic likes to talk about.
you're not asking the right questions we all know Russia is ramping up it's disinformation there are ways for them to game the polls you should look into that
Or is it because those who are paying attention don't answer calls from "unknown"? 🤔 JFC...when are you going to understand that 👏polls👏are👏not👏RELIABLE!👏
