LOL, what do you mean 'gave up'? Gaza is ILLEGALLY occupied by Israel. That has set the conditions for resistance - occupied will resist the occupier. So your problem is that political leaders get rich, and NOT the fact that Gaza is under an illegal occupation by Israel..

You obey the law of proportionality. You don't just carpet bomb whole areas on the basis of laughable intel about human shields (false) or bases under hospitals (false too). Every state must obey int. law, ESPECIALLY occupiers such as Israel. That's why it's up for war crimes.
