It sounds like you are asking whether it is worth following the US Constitution. In this case, 14th Amend, Sec 3. So, Yes, Yes, Yes! it is worth following the US Constitution & pursuing the legal process to disqualify Trump for trying to overthrow gov't. If not, he'll do it again
