Many medical experts pushing to reopen schools during the pandemic weren’t treating patients directly or witnessed first-hand the danger of COVID for children and their families. @mehdirhasan asks @19joho how these “laptop doctors” influenced policy on school closures.

You should def have picked experts with opposing views, if you really wanted a deep dive into the subject. COVID-19 risks were VASTLY overestimated in children, *not* underestimated. It is also ridicouless to say that being on the frontline is the only thing that can qualify you.

Dr Howard has linked stories to multiple children that were listed as covid deaths that were clearly not covid related. 2 minutes of research could have found that conclusion. He has zero credibility.

Many doctors don't get into the field to help people. Many get into the field for prestige and/or due to familial pressure.

What about non laptop union shills like @rweingarten and @BeckyPringle. What’s their medical expertise again? F all the way off with this.

Covid isn’t dangerous for children or for healthy adults under 60. You know it’s 2023, right?

Some of us parents knew what was happening and still refuse to allow our children to be the path to their mythical herd/hybrid immunity. The parents who gleefully infected their kids ( I know many) can’t admit they were wrong to hand their kids over to this disabling virus.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing this segment, Mr. Hasan. Everyone should watch the whole show “Shocking truth about kids, Covid, and school closures”. Brilliantly done.
