COVID contrarians claim that closing schools was a mistake, in part because of the impact on their mental health. But that’s not what the data says at all. @mehdirhasan speaks to @tylerblack32 about one of the most pervasive myths about COVID, kids and remote learning.

Nice try, Mehdi. You and the rest of your peers as well as unelected public health administrators were beholden to unions & governments & to think you all destroyed a generation for a respiratory illness with an IFR of 10bps for the healthy.

You've gotten two completely embarrassing clowns on one episode...hosted by a complete clown. This must be what the new circus looks like.

This assertion is so viciously evil & maliciously irresponsible that both of you should have everything you love stripped from you. I would say MSNBC should be ashamed, but they obviously have no shame. And Mehdi has no soul or decency.
When a school’s on fire 🔥 it’s best not to rush past the firefighters screaming “freedom” while pushing kids into burning classrooms. Let the firefighters first put out the blaze. Then safely resume education. Common sense.

Same folks who oppose schools closing for Covid ok with schools closing for summer vacation or lack of air conditioning, or snow, or hurricanes… #goofy
Take it these people haven’t got children or seen them crying on the floor for weeks inc children cutting off their hair in despair. I know 3 children attempted suicide due to lockdowns. I’ve seen what my children & their friends have gone through & your survey is utter bollocks.
I don't think even one kid in my great-grama's one room school committed suicide. Modern schools are killing kids.

Mehdi used to be a great investigative journalist. It appears he’s truly sold his soul to the devil.
We all know better than to fall for that trick again. Forget about it!!
