Conservatives are absurdly arguing the Georgia indictment charges Trump for acts that aren’t actual crimes. But law professor @AnthonyMKreis says it’s actually “par for the course of criminal law.” He explains how individual acts can be part of a larger criminal conspiracy.

Trying to intimidate the Secretary of State to change the vote? Breaking into voting machines? Lying and intimidation of poll workers?
There are actual conservatives like Judge Luttig. You conflate authoritarian fascist radicals with conservatives and do the nation a disservice.

The Republican Party and its ARM ( Alt Right Media) is a criminal syndicate.
The indictment distinguishes between overt acts )which are not crimes on their own but are when considered as a part of the bigger conspiracy) and charges (or counts) which have the Georgia statute listed underneath it
That’s like saying in a DV case “what, it’s illegal to drive to a woman’s house now? It’s illegal to park on the street”. No, those are just part of the facts of the case, the DV is the illegal part.
