"Here, it's important he have a timeout and in my view the timeout would be 'oh grab your toothbrush and spend about 3 to 5 days sitting in jail to think about how serious this is,'" @judgecordell tells @MehdiRHasan how she would handle Trump's online threats from the bench.

@mehdirhasan @MSNBC Wouldn't put it pass trump's lawyers to claim he's really believes that he is a 7 years old spoiled Richie Rich boy who's pretending to be 77 yrs old, so he can't be responsible for his own actions #AffluenzaDefense #mehdi
of course we must uphold rule of law for order, but as the MAGA Trump cult understands none of this law stuff #ThinkingHurts Trump going to jail immediately for violating court orders plays right into the Turmp Martyr Victim Anti-Deep State Hero playbook.

I think Trump would like the publicity of 3-5 days in jail. He needs to have the prospect of 20-30 days presented to him as a deterrent!

That seems fair. 3-5 days, 30-50 days, all the days would be cool too.
Unfortunately, Time-out does not work well with incorrigible toddler types. His pathological narcissism prevents him from grasping normal impulse control. It's time-out for the rest of us to remove him from baiting and attention getting behavior. Sadly, he may not be normal!
Can’t put him in jail pre-trial. He immediately becomes a martyr and uses it to his benefit. That’s what he wants to happen. The judge will need to get creative in order to enforce this. Heavy fines, limiting motions, taking away a jury selection vetos etc.

Ankle bracelet with monitoring. Limit him to one building at Bedminster or MAL. He'll hate being so limited, and absolutely be livid at being controlled.
