Ex-Trump official @MilesTaylorUSA explains to @MehdiRHasan just how close the U.S. came to nuclear war with North Korea during the Trump administration: “That [was the] first time in the history of the DHS that it had a real-life preparation for a potential nuclear strike.”

Thanks for pressing Miles on his involvement in the trump policies. People who took an oath to uphold and protect the constitution who ignored that oath, is disappointing We wouldn’t have know about the Ukraine blackmale if Vindman had waited to write a book

Of course, the DHS wasn't created until after 2001. Not quite the breathless importance of "first time in history". For five years I pulled nuclear alert duty in the Air Force, on call to take off within 15 minutes of the klaxon going off. Kind of real-lifeish.
Thanks for pushing him on his decision to build the Frankenstein back when we were desperately trying to stop the Republican Unitary Executive which led direct to Donald Trump. Also, don’t give them shows. Johnny Come Lately’s are welcome but need ro fix what they did.
