Giving power to the legislative branch (as they did with abortion and would with this decision) is the polar opposite of legislating from the bench.
Horsesh#t. Congress the legislature has ultimate responsibility over these issues, not the Executive. SCOTUS isn’t legislating from the bench they’re pushing it back to where it belongs, Congress.
