Hillary was not a former president The espionage act does not apply to a former President because the Presidtial archives act was passed afterward and there are no restrictions of docs. Mehdi just doesn't know what he is talking about or is dilibrately misleading people.

Law school is to teach you how to treason. 🤡🤡 career.
Renato, even though the indictment describes Trump sharing secrets with others he is not being charged for same. Is this an Ace card that the DOJ could go to New Jeresy Bedminster and use the sharing offense to open a new separate case against Trump?
I mean with all that sifting and sorting through boxes, he was actively curating which classified material he wanted to keep.
Also: Trump was in awe of her lawyer for deleting 30,000 emails that were... her appointments. From the indictment: (Bottom paragraph)
