5 ND Health Dept Directors ND Gov went through our SC2 prep, which was such a disaster. The Bakken is an environmental wreck. Just ask the trucks drivers. Legislature has attempted multiple times to cut out the Native American vote. Anti-you name it is our Governor's motto.
