I am a Christian, I’m black, I’m a New Yorker and I HAVE to take the subway everyday. He stepped up to help when most don’t care or are afraid to. I just don’t believe he got out of his house with the intention to kill someone. Calling him a killer because of his color is WRONG!

None of us actually knows what was happening on that train before the chokehold was applied. I look forward to hearing what all the witnesses have to say.

False narrative/strawman. The good Samaritan helps when other "more holy" people didn't. Penny protected the others on the train with a submission hold. It's clear in the video it's not a choke hold and you don't know the difference and are lying by calling it that.

And DeSantis would be right. You can't have people threating you with harm on a train. Where are woman suppose to go to protect themselves. He didn't mean to kill the guy, But we could be saying those women shouldn't have come out alone, Too bad.
