Abbot wants to pardon a guy who killed a U.S. Air Force veteran after a thorough investigation, a grand jury indictment and a full trial- all of which happened in his own state. If I were a Texan I鈥檇 be concerned that my governor was freeing criminals and ignoring the laws.
