The jury didn't "nullify" Tx self-defense law. It was so instructed but found no self-def & that the state had proved murder beyond a reasonable doubt. Abbott's nullifying double-think: Murder is self-defense when the right kind of killer murders the right kind of victim.

Judge & jury sat thru the trial,listened to prosecution,defense, saw evidence,& arrived at a verdict. Abbott sees some tweets &decides he's deserving a pardon. Is he going to read the texts Perry sent about using stand your ground defense to shoot someone? Or other texts like it.
