This is a really bad take on this. 60 Minutes was able to show viewers that MTG lies. People who watch 60 Minutes are likely to not be the same people who are on Twitter. So it's a benefit that they did this.

Too true that there are many in Congress who would have been much better to interview. Margie makes her voice heard everyday with her gross tweets, etc. She didn't need national attention on 60 minutes.
