Israelis are blocking highways and lighting fires in the streets over the government's judicial overhaul after 300,000 joined a rally in Tel Aviv, alone, last night. Israeli human rights lawyer @sfardm calls it a "collective civics lesson being taught and learned by the public."

Bibi is charting a roadmap for a reelected TFG. That is to say if TFG is reelected, he'll do exactly what Bibi is attempting. And it appears the Kneset is ready to go along. A GOP Congress would, too. Please convince me otherwise.

A few hundred thousand protesters can’t cure the rot in Israel’s society. The problem is Zionism. It's a fascist nationalistic ideology at it's core. After decades of intense Zionist indoctrination Ultranationalists now control the country. Protests will only slow the inevitable.

Brilliant. No one has such an intricate understanding of Israel, no one says it better @sfardm Thank you @mehdirhasan for interviewing the best.

Waiting for the ‘other’ news outlets to spin a narrative that these protesters are ‘anti-Semitic terrorists’

Is the podcast coming out for last night's show?
Liberties and Freedoms they have.... still not willing to fight for the freedom of Palestinians or to end Apartied.
@netanyahu is proactively responding to possible 'foreign incursion' via the judiciary especially the US! History is replete with occasions when Israel populace was naive to paths that would render the nation to danger. BiBi and his far right wing of govt is ever alert!

Oh the irony. A fake nation that stole all the rights of Palestinians and their land suddenly woke up when they feared the gangsters they always supported were going to take away theirs.

US double standard foreign policy is an excellent encouragement to extrem right racist wing ,and soon it will be a US diguised support to an Apartheid in Palestine.
