The reason for going after "theory" is that much modern scientific theory contradicts much Christian dogma.

Still missing the point that "laws" describe what happens and "theories" describe why. A "theory" doesn't graduate into becoming a "law," nor do "laws" get demoted if something like relativity comes along and shows that Newton's laws only work within limited bounds.

You'd think @KonstantinKisin would be all over this cancelling of science...but no, it might upset his far right fan boys.

Before you know it, school orchestras, marching bands and jazz bands will be shut down because no one has proven "music theory" either...
