When Harvard denied a fellowship to an Israel critic, the free speech brigade was nowhere to be found. Why? Because, says @mehdirhasan, when it comes to standing for pro-Palestine or anti-Israel views on campus, there’s a curious and shameful silence.

Oh, shut up you dishonest, two-faced Islamist fraud. Lying & distorting isn’t criticism. What part of that don’t you understand?
It is astounding this guy is claiming that attacks on Israel are barred on college campuses. Such a rank disinformation campaign is par for the course on Al Jazeera, but one would expect more from @NBCNews @MSNBC

False narrative. Many people speak out for freedom of speech when it comes to anti-Israeli views on campus but are silent when criticism of BLM, illegal immigration or political Islam leads to censorship or firing. You,Linda Sarsour,Marc Lamont Hill, Shaun King are a few of many

So a man with a history of lying and misrepresenting facts with a near singular focus on Israel and a total blindspot for all authoritarian regimes worldwide didn't get a job and is now going on a tirade about the Jews...

No one is denying free speech. He was denied a job…by a private organization. The guy posts like once an hour whining about not getting a job. Where has this ever worked? Blackmailing a potential employer? Your journalism suffers when your PTSD flares up. 🙄

Supporters of BDS who are shocked when their own tactics are turned on them display such an incredibly lack of self awareness. I don't support censorship, but you started this fight, and chose the rules of engagement, so I can't really feel sorry for you.

Does Harvard by any chance have a special dispensation from the Founding Fathers of the US to ignore/contravene the US Constitution's First Amendment? 🇵🇸🇺🇦
Just like a broken clock.
