Harvard’s Kennedy School refused to hire human rights expert @KenRoth because of his criticisms of Israel. And if the school can censor him, @mehdirhasan asks, is there hope for anyone else? “If they can do this to me, imagine what they can do to lesser figures," Roth says.

Roth did a lot more than criticize Israel - he victim blamed Jews in Germany over antisemitism connected to Israel, he spewed classic antisemitic tropes with his "eye for an eye" comment... he crossed that line many times but then antisemitism is the acceptable bigotry in the US

Show me where anyone is required to hire someone? Forget the rest of the propaganda. Choosing not to hire someone as a private institution is not censorship. Clearly his platform for propaganda exists. Words mean things. Sad “journalists” don’t know that.

Nothing offends the Muslim brotherhood's Hasan more than a fellow antisemite not getting the big promotion.

It would be hard to find a lesser figure than Roth.

Hi Mehdi - how was Ken “censored”?

Harvard isn’t really suitable for Ken. Why doesn’t he try for a job @AlJazeera? Or what about one of the Saudi organizations? After all he did take Saudi money before.

He was not refused because he criticises Israel, but because he is unfair, and biased!

I was waiting for you to come to the defense of this racist, who blamed Israel for violent antisemitism in Europe, and swept atrocities everywhere in the world under the rug in order to obsessively single out Israel.

I truly don’t understand how Kenny boy is shocked by any of this? Does he not read his Twitter feed? 😂
