A House committee has produced a film on wealth inequality in America. What does a 30-minute documentary tell us that a report can’t? “There’s a lot of shame around poverty, around struggling, around debt,” @RepKatiePorter says. “That’s where the documentary comes in."

Wealth inequality is a result of federal tax policy. For the last 40 yrs. about $50 trillion of wealth has changed hands. It's gone from working classes to the teeny tiny top of the upper classes. Billionaires + megacorps don't pay taxes anymore so the wealth isn't distributed!
