A surge in organizing efforts have made this year feel like a turning point for labor unions. But as more and more workers stand up for better conditions, @mehdirhasan's got a question for Joe Biden and the Democrats: Which side are you on?

Hey, I'm the Union boss and I've got a deal for you.

It's not that black-and-white, Mehdi. Yes, railroaders deserve paid sick days, in addition to the raises & bonuses this deal delivers. But a strike would have devastated the economy, stranding passengers and clogging supply lines to every kind of business in the US. #Compromise

71% of U.S.ers approve of unions.
You might want to ask the Squad as well. Since all but Rashida Tlaib voted to crush the rail road strike.

Same side he's always been on. You don't work 1000 years in government fighting for corpos and then on year 1001 become a champion of the working class.
I’ve been wondering the same Pro Union is Pro Labor! This Strike by the rail workers could have been were Democrats take a Stand with Labor in America. If you want to rebuild the economy “From the Ground Up and The Middle In” @POTUS and @PeteButtigieg #StandWithLabor

If Dems are procapitalist, pro free trade, pro corporation then they are conservatives in every definition. We don't have a right wing and a left wing. We have two conservative parties where one is *slightly* to the left of the other. But neither are actually "left".

Have you tried interviewing any railroad workers? After the Democrats forced them to take a contract without sick days?
