Ron DeSantis won by 19 points this week. That's big, especially considering he's dedicated his time as Governor to demonizing queer kids and lobbing Venezuelan migrants across the country. However, as @mehdirhasan notes, several purple state Democrats arguably outperformed him.

"demonizing queer kids"??! It is sad to see you go down the shameful path of selling yourself to this agenda.
This would be comparable to Marjorie Taylor Horseface winning the gavel in a trump party controlled house.

Ron betted on the wrong strategy. To imitate trump to win the election is not working anymore. He played the short game ( hate, attack, call names).

Just another liberal hack spewing hate on TV. Dime a dozen.
“Demonizing queer children?” No, it’s called protecting children from monsters like you who push an agenda that allows kids to make sex change decisions before they even know how to fly a kite or ride a bicycle. Same sex attraction is a cross, not something to be glorified.
Stop making things up!

The media is after him already. Sad.

Wow, a little bitterness there. He's been a good Govenor for Florida. I would know. I live there. I voted for him twice and glad I did. And he doesn't demonize kids. He wants people to let these kids be kids. Like they did when we were kids. They will be fine.
