Manchin and Sinema would be SOL if Dems have 51 Senate seats and end the filibuster. If Kelly, Masto and Warnock are elected it would become a Democratic majority with the VP as a tie breaking or 1 vote to pass legislation into law. It could happen, but it also needs WH approval.
