Sad irony is that the bullies who instigated the climate catastrophes, have thrown their greenhouse gas rocks + continue to go about their business as usual. U.S. legacy polluter w 4% of world's pop. E.U. Nations, + Johnny come lately--China, cause other poor nations' suffering!
