Dems can definitely hold the House and the Senate. Pollsters' algorithms don't have an entry for when rights are taken away. Every non-chauvinist in the country will vote for a Democrat or stay home.

Sadly it'll be up to democrat messaging as to whether or not they can keep both houses. But factional fighting, and just sheer lack of awareness, will make it hard for them.
