Well, not ALL the presidents before were older white men.
There was a robust 2020 Dem primary. The best candidate won, and is doing fine work on the job
Remember that early debate, with something like 12 candidates spread across the stage? It was so exciting: POC, women, a gay man, etc. Even if half of them probably weren't really qualified, it was amazing to see a lineup that reflected the country they were vying to serve. +
