Rephrasing ever so slightly: If Trump declassified the docs on 1/19/21, Biden could have reclassified them to their original classification levels on 1/21/21 and there's nothing Trump could have done about it.

Here’s what I don’t understand: If Trump had a standing order to declassify documents he took to the White House residence, then either there should be contemporaneous records of what he took or, at a minimum, they were grossly careless in maintaining records. Which is it?
