Should George W. Bush and Dick Cheney be forgiven for the Iraq War because they’re against Trump? @MehdiRHasan and @AymanM argue that Bush and Cheney are unworthy of rehabilitation, no matter the political moment.

should we forgive ourselves for what we did to Iraq (and to the Kurds) because we're really, really sticking up for Ukraine?

This is like asking if ISIS should be forgiven for their crimes because they also fight the Taliban.

Rhetorical question aside, no, for those in the back, war criminals shouldn't be forgiven.

Wut? Of course not. Aside from their war crimes - Bush/Cheney set the path for Trump's 'stolen election' by what they did in 2000 to get into office. Remember Roger Stone's Brooks Brother protest on to stop the re-count?

No! They should be sent to The Hague to stand trial for war crimes.
Absolutely Hell No.

What a waste of time. Completely irrelevant to what is happening right now. I’d think you’d be more concerned about people that count in today’s politics. Whether people forgive Bush & Cheney or don’t really doesn’t matter one iota to me.
