I’m fine with providing debt relief (to a point) but it’s not my social contract to pay off other people’s law school or medical school loans, nor to pay for people’s decision to go to private schools instead of less prestigious state institutions etc.

Charlie sites farmers? They’ve been getting huge subsidies for decades.. not sure that was the best move. I’m sure they also have kids with student debt.
Get the money from the schools not the taxpayers

Dear lord. The world you live in
Socialist contract. Going to college is a choice not a requirement. I don’t want to pay for someone else’s 4 year party.
There are many colleges and universities that hold millions of dollars in endowment money. Instead of building a new football stadium, why not allocate that money to help students afford tuition?

Former. Hasn’t won shit in years. Crushed, and for good reason.
AN UNKNOWN NUMBER OF STUDENT DEBTORS WITHIN A GROUP OF FORTY-FIVE MILLION OF WE-THE-PEOPLE OF THE USA ARE CLAIMING A “CRISIS” EXISTS AND THAT PRES. BIDEN MUST “CANCEL STUDENT DEBT” TO SAVE THEM FROM THEIR SELF-INFLICTED FINANCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND PHYSICAL HARDSHIPS. NOPE!
