Spot on analysis by Mr. Nichols, which goes beyond the simplistic view that it’s all due to the Trump factor. I remember in 2000 when Cheney rushed back to Wyoming from Texas to change his state of residency. It was done so he could join his fellow Texan (Bush) on the ticket.
