remember, it's taxes that got Al Capone. With Trump, look for 1)loans forgiven with the forgiveness not declared 1a) Loans carried on books but never paid 2) Overseas accounts--did he identify them all on FBAR forms --or did he not file FBAR forms when he should have?
Don't forget the 480 plus shell corporations Trump boasted of in 2016. With that number chances are there was an actual mistake or intended avoidance there.
He could go down for selling the information.
I agree... although I wouldn't consider 15 boxes of documents "pilfering".
