“ Equal Justice” means the government and its leaders MUST also obey the law. Our Constitution was written in 1787. The writers wanted a government that was ruled by laws, not by men, money, or power. They wanted to create a system of government where no branch has too much power
TFG did the same thing with Covid. I’ve always thought he should have been indicted for the manslaughter of hundreds is thousands of people.
And you don’t want to talk about what’s happening now …. How hallow and useless comments from you !
The Crump should be prosecuted for dereliction of duty. Chump never took responsibility for any of the death and destruction.
Trump sat back and watched more people die from covid after inciting willful ignorance and doubt. He also sat by as Putin paved the way for toward Ukraine. Jan 6 was but one more of trumps glory days.

Not a lawyer, but that seems like a bit of a stretch. However, criminal negligence causing death is a crime in most jurisdictions, and is easier to prove. The failure to call in the National Guard to protect the government is clearly negligence and clearly resulted in deaths.
