Democrats are in desperate need of a fighter. But right now, it’s stuck with establishment figures like Biden and Pelosi — people who have been on Capitol Hill so long that they can’t see the fundamental flaws in the system. So, asks @mehdirhasan, how does the party fix that?

…and MHasan can? Hasan for POTUS 2024!
No thanks. MH should run for office instead of sitting on the sidelines and lecturing about what people who have run for office, won and are now serving the common good should do.

He summed it up nicely in the end when he said it's about who is the best fit for the district. But as for the name recognition: Niou may not be known nationally but she is known within the community that is voting for her, whereas Mondaire is not. DeBlasio isn't competition.
what's missing from here is why Jones is running in the 10th - the head of the DCCC pushed him out of his own district to take a marginally safer seat for himself. these are the future leaders of the Democrats. it's not only about age. theintercept.com/2022/05/21/…

Bring in new blood, like AOC. The dems will be ineffective otherwise.

You consistently undermine democracy with your opinions.
