Dems act like they can't do anything about the Supreme Court — yet Congress and President Biden certainly can, @mehdirhasan says. “[Republicans] won this fight...by not respecting the court,” @adamserwer says. “Democrats should not be afraid to...attack the court’s decisions.”

Wait, the Democrats want to "overturn" the courts decision? How dare they even think it.
Please do a show with jbouie explaining the power the President and Congress have wrt judicial oversight and constraining what they can do

No. They won this fight by filling courts up and down the country for years. That way they always had plenty coming up in the ranks. They voted for 50 years. Attacking the court’s legitimacy just backfires when they rule in the Dems favor.
Who decided the Supreme Court has supremacy over the other branches? This was not accepted for much of American history. Certainly the Founders didn't intend the judiciary to be the most powerful branch (how's that for you, "originalists?)...

Not respecting the court is when you accept a ruling for 50 years that you vehemently disagree with until you are able to put justices on that agree with your viewpoint. Great take.
