Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution gives Congress the authority to change the size of the Supreme Court. Congress has used that authority seven times before. To restore balance and integrity to a broken Court Congress, not the President must do it.

What would happen if, once the Republicans were to take control of both chambers, they were to increase the court with even more favourable judges?
So not a court for a just society but for pushing of raw power on to the people!
