.@MehdiRHasan calls out the Biden administration for not supporting expanding the Supreme Court. "Adjusting the number of justices isn't polarizing... what's radical is what this current court has been doing this entire term."

Agreed, Mehdi. I’m not sure why Biden & Co is so against being more bold. Bold action Needs to be taken.

You have @chucktodd and @mitchellreports and @NicolleDWallace etc. right in your building. You saw what they did to Biden over Afghanistan. What do you suppose they would do if he endorsed court expansion?

Hasan is a good example of a Marxist! It’s obvious u are ignorant of the Constitution! Keep wetting those drawers, your agenda does not align with US ideals!
@SenateDems @WhiteHouse @POTUS I am seriously frustrated with your lack of understanding our country's peril & if you keep doing nothing, putting the responsibility back on the people that already did their job &voted for you, we will soon have that choice taken from us by GOP

The problem is that there is do public discourse about how to restore faith in scotus. Adding justices is but one way to reduce political mucking about. But let's hear why it is not being considered.

This is a vital discussion that should be taking place. The democrats need to propose a solution to the damage McConnell has done.

Why would he bring up expanding the court when the deadly duo will refuse it. It’s a failure from the start even though it would be great to do

Because the reps will do the same damn thing if they get in power , and just undo everything that was done. And who's to say just adding seats ,those judges will play along ?
H R 8423 would work, with 18 year term limits and McConnell couldn't pull his crap again with the 120 day rule. In actuality it expands the court, sort of.
