ICYMI: We haven't heard much from Merrick Garland about January 6, despite the 1/6 panel's undeniable evidence. Was he the right pick to lead the DOJ? @DougJones, who was on Biden’s shortlist for the AG role, joined @mehdirhasan to discuss that and more: youtube.com/watch?v=ACw-kzOY…

How do you even know what garland is or isn’t doing ?
DJ: "Democrats need to get off their butts and vote" Supposed-centrists can't be bothered to protect democrats' ABILITY to vote. Supposed-centrists can't even be bothered to protect the OUTCOME of a democratic vote. F'ck your wilfully oblivious, malicious condescension, Doug.
This is why our reality is so depressing because MERRICK GARLAND does nothing! We can scream this from the rafters - resign!
No. Neither Garland, nor Biden, is the right man to uphold justice, or Democracy, against white-nationalists / white-supremacist terrorists. Neither's heart is in it. They're BOTH examples of Obama's compulsion to reach out to the far-white by nominating their sympathizers.
Barack Obama continuously enabled and validated neo-confederates, by compulsively trying to reach out to them, while NEVER reaching out to the left. Meanwhile, Mitch McConnell continuously proved they'd burn America to the ground before they ever worked with the black president.
Obama's failure to fight the far-right was a result of his refusal to accept that white-supremacists can't love: Not their families, not their country, and certainly not "the people" Biden's failure to fight the far-right is a result of something far more malevolent: Complicity
DJ: "Over 800 indictments" Versus THOUSANDS of insurrectionists They let MOST go without ANY consequences AT ALL, and those whom they DID indict, were indefensibly under-charged The DOJ is complicit The "justice system" is riddled with white-supremacist terrorist sympathizers
Clearly, Doug wasn't a good option either. Put @glennkirschner2 in there so we can get some justice.

Your “interview” of Doug Jones stank. You seem to know very little about civics & how the American justice dept works. I also hate your insistence on pronouncing words incorrectly. The word frustrated is not frus-TRAY-ted.
