This was planned. First they overturned voting rights, then allowed gerrymandering, all resulting in more repub legislatures. Now they will allow these (minority) repub legislatures to decide elections.
Is this all the Democrats do: be afraid, shocked, outraged…. Then wait for the next ruling.
Isn’t there an executive order that can suspend the next session of the Supreme Court until an ethics investigation is finished into Thomas conflict of interest? Or the leak? Seems like a good reason. No precedent? Hey works for the supremes
