The answer is obvious; Merrick Garland was the wrong choice and a disastrous pick. The question is whether and when President Biden should fire him. In the meantime, Democratic leaders should publicly call him out and state on the record they’ve lost confidence in him.

The last thing Garland should do is show his cards. We can read between the lines though. Guilty pleas from leadership of Proud Boys, Oath Keepers & Stone's driver. Prosecution team dedicated to Trump, multiple grand juries. Trump's in trouble and he knows it.
