Instead he relayed it to the city where Feuer is handling it. But that piece of info doesn’t fit into the narrative of Gascon does it?
Very poor and borderline stupid legal reasoning. Translation: the assailant was stopped before he was able to use his weapon, so he obviously didn't have felonious intent.

Let me clear this up for you: Dave Chappell is BLACK - despite the fact that the perpetrator was armed with two (2) weapons, we don’t feel that is a real crime.
