As the global rise of the far-right takes hold in India, @mehdirhasan asks: are western governments complicit? “I think we’re very complicit,” genocide expert Gregory Stanton says. “What we have here is...genocide denial by our leaders in which they want to look the other way.”

क्या इसे हिंदी में चूतियो का मंच कहते है। मिया की दौर मस्जिद तक।
Before someone blames the rise in far right ideology, we must look at the internal and external threat from terrorism and minorities demanding their separate statehood. When the threat is perceived, the far right ideology propels. Globally, the threat is real and ppl will fight.
Australia and the UK are signing free trade deals with India while Genocide scholars are warning of an impending genocide in India. Liberal democraries that Mehdi cheers for are not just complicit but enabling this regime by rewarding Modi.

Look at Syria,Yemen,Sudan and Turkey, Pakistan with wide spread violence against minorities and Blasphemy laws. But u talk abt our great leader Modi. Modern day genocide was carried against hindu minorities in kashmir, but that may be legitimate as per your logic.
Hindutva is a grass roots movement and part of that movement is to create and maintain an army of trolls that will attack your credibility, your highlighting of the plight. Even if the genocide happens, they’ll be there to defend it. So pay no attention to them and present facts
