Can you say “Activist Judiciary?” The right wing sure can, and it don’t seem to bother them.

Why don’t democrats pass a bill on congress ??? They control govt
It's not controversial when the constitution is on your side. It's about individual rights, and the government can get off our backs.

Correct, and she is a Trump judge in her 30s who the ABA evaluated as unqualified yet she has a lifetime appointment to the federal bench. The Dems ignored this danger to the judiciary for decades even as the Rep and the Federalist Soc focused on it like a laser. Bye democracy.
Halfway through a flight my grandson was on, they announced this idiotic person’s ruling & people yanked off their masks. Unbelievable.
She’s controversial? Give me a break. She’s ignorant and under qualified.
And what the hell where airlines doing canceling mask mandates while in flight? What did that say about how they think about passengers who are unable to be vaccinated for some reason or who live with people who cannot be vaccinated or are at higher risk from getting covid?
We've had to deal with crazy liberal rulings from Dem appointees. Get over it.
