I am exhorting Congress to propose tax credits and huge deductions for investing in #GreenEnergy. Make them equal to or better than the 80%-85% deduction for #FossilFuel drilling. Otherwise, high earners will continue to exacerbate the #ClimateEmergency. #ClimateActionNow
